Reducing chronic inflammatioin

3/22/2015

Acute inflammation is the body's natural response to injury, as a result of a protective response that causes blood vessels to dilate to improve blood flow to the injured area. Occasionally, this response can become chronic, resulting in damage to the body's tissues.
Several things can be done to reduce this response:
1) Diet
2) Exercise
3) Rest
4) Increase water intake
5) Quit smoking
