Milton chiropractor discusses: Things your chiropractor can tell about you by looking at your posture

11/3/2016

Here's another blog by a Milton chiropractor discussing: Things your chiropractor can tell about you by looking at your posture.
What does your posture give away about you?
  • Do you sit all day at a desk/computer or behind the wheel? - this results in muscles around your hips tightening and can lead in a change in your posture, resulting your hips tilting forward.
  • Do you use your cell phone a lot during the day - this results in flattening of the natural cervical spine curve - or "text neck"
  • carrying a heavy bag ? - you might tend to hike your shoulder to support the load - which over time leads to misaligned shoulders and muscle imbalances.
