Here's another blog from a Milton chiropractor discussing: sun safety tips
  1. Limit your time outside between 11am-4pm (the time UV rays are the strongest)
  2. Use sunscreen when outdoors and remember to apply also on most commonly forgotten areas (don't forget your nose, lips, ears, neck feet and hands!) and re-apply often.
  3. Protect your eyes! wear sunglasses and wide brimmed hats.
  4. Be sun safe.  Stay hydrated and keep cool. Watch for signs of heat stroke like dizziness, fainting, nausea, headache and rapid breathing.
