Your body responds to stress in many ways. One way stress can affect your body is by causing muscle tightness/ stiffness ( from holding tension in your body), and this can result in pain.
Stretching can help lengthen your muscles and improve mobility, and this will help decrease tension. Whenever possible during your day, take a moment to stretch your neck, back, legs, arms and wrists.
