This year don't make resolutions, instead set intentions!
During the busy holiday season, we often neglect our health and wellness routines, eat way too much, and forget our healthy habits.

With good intentions, we make resolutions for the new year, but do we ever fully follow them through? This year set realistic goals and make intentions instead. 

Finding it difficult to fit workouts into your schedule? or maybe you don't have a gym membership?

No problem!...the great news is that you don't need gym equipment to get back into fitness. You can use your own body weight and exercise in the comfort of your own home without any equipment. Now no excuses!.

Here are some exercises you can do without any equipment, using your own body weight:
  1. Planks
  2. Push ups
  3. Squats
  4. Triceps dips
  5. Heel dig bridge (hamstring and core exercise)
