The cat-camel exercise can be used as a gentle back stretch to reduce stiffness. This pose may not be appropriate if you suffer from carpel tunnel syndrome. Consult your chiropractor prior to starting any new exercises.
To perform this exercise, start on your hands and knees. Slowly and gently alternate between arching and rounding your back .
