Help prevent potential injuries by remembering the following simple rules:

  • Take frequent stretch breaks when pitching the tent to keep your back flexible
  • Stay well hydrated
  • Use proper lifting techniques by keeping your back straight and bending your knees. Use your leg muscles to lift.
  • Be aware of your posture, as poor posture puts stress on your spine
