Milton chiropractor discusses: 3 tips for a healthy back

11/14/2016

Here's another blog from a Milton chiropractor discussing: 3 Tips for a healthy back
  1. Work on your posture. Good posture decreases the stress and strain placed on the supporting muscles and ligaments of your spine
  2. Ergonomics. Keep ergonomics in mind when sitting, and limit amount of time you sit during the day.  Sitting at work, commute time and time spent sitting in front of the TV or computer all have an effect on your back. Take frequent breaks (every 20-30min) to stand and walk around.
  3. Stretch regularly. Increasing your flexibility can decrease your risk of injury.
