Make time for your health
Life can get busy, and that often leads us to neglect our health. We tend to ignore small signs of little problems developing in our body, thinking that things will just go away eventually on their own. In fact, I often hear the same phrase from patients..... " I thought it would just go away" , only to have them come into the office with an issue that got so out of hand, that their quality of life was affected.
The result of this was that pain became so intense that it caused them to either miss work, be unable to spend quality time with their children or left them unable to do simple things without pain, such as walking, bending, sitting or even lifting their children.
Prevention is always the best form of defense. Get your spine checked regularly and have small issues corrected before they become symptomatic. I know life gets busy, but make time for yourself, and get those little nagging aches attended to before they become worse.....a little time investment now will save you a lot of time and pain in the long run.
