Take a minute and think about where you keep your wallet. Is it in your back pocket?
Did you know that if you sit with your wallet in your back pocket, you could be causing your back pain?
Think about how thick your wallet is. One inch? Two inches? . If you are sitting on your wallet, any amount of thickness will throw your pelvis off balance. This also leads to imbalances in your low back and the surrounding muscles - All this can result in low back pain.
Avoid this by removing your wallet when you are sitting (Remember that this also applies while sitting in your car).
