There are many ways to help improve range of motion, flexibility, strength and posture. Yoga for example is a wonderful way to address all of these issues. As little as 2-3 times per week can be beneficial in improving your strength and flexibility.
Additionally, yoga is an amazing low impact activity that uses your own body weight to build core strength and stamina and in the process, also helps improve your posture by strengthening your stabilizing muscles.
