Reduce muscle fatigue, neck and back pain by breaking up sedentary time during your day. A start can be as simple as standing instead of sitting at work to read documents or take a phone call. Try to make a point to stand at least 4 times per hour ( for 1-2 minutes every 15 minutes), and move!
