Gardening related injuries area a very common cause of back pain this season. Gardening can be very taxing on the body, and it is important to remember that with all forms of physical activity, the body should be warmed up first to help prevent injury.
It is also important to remember not to maintain one position for an extended period of time. Improper gardening techniques can lead to repetitive strain injuries .
