5 simple stretches in 5 minutes

For days when you don't have time for yourself, here are 5 simple stretches that can be done in 5 minutes.

Always be sure to contact your health care provider prior to starting a new exercise program.

Stretching should never be painful. If performing an exercise or if stretching causes any pain, stop immediately.

Try to set aside time at least 3-4 times per week for exercise and stretching to maintain strength and flexibility.
